Whether or not you have a financial background, this curriculum is designed to make you a financially-savvy leader.
You’ll start with Financial Literacy—deepening your understanding of key financial ratios, their importance, and how to interpret financial statements from a leadership perspective.
From there, you’ll learn to build performance dashboards, implement effective business controls, and guard against financial fraud. This curriculum ensures you can confidently interpret financial data and make informed decisions that drive business performance.
