Launch Weekend
The Amalgam leadership development journey starts with a residential learning weekend at a venue outside of Nairobi designed to immerse you in the objectives and learning style of the Amalgam curriculum.

The Business Innovation Weekend is aimed at teaching the class the skills required for a successful new product launch.

Mentorship
The graduation is the culmination of this 11-month leadership journey of each cohort.
